Our largest admission open house is coming up on Sunday, November 20, 2011 – Discover USC!

Discover USC is a huge open house for all prospective students who are thinking about applying for admission for Fall 2012.  The entire university is out and on-display for everyone to learn more about the application process, all of our areas of study, see a bunch of cool areas of campus, and meet a ton of great staff, students, and faculty!

As part of the day the Viterbi School of Engineering is hosting 2 different presentations (identical, just attend one of them) about our academic program – Engineering Education for a New Century.  Additionally, the afternoon we are opening up practically everything for our Engineering EXPO!  The schedule for the day is as follows:

9:00 – Check-In for the day begins (and runs throughout the day) in Alumni Park

  • When you Check-In you can get your schedule for the day, and even more details.
  • Admission & Financial Aid Sessions will run on the hour
  • Campus Tours will run consistently as well

10:00 & 1:30 – Engineering Education for a New Century (2 Presentations)

  • Seeley G. Mudd Building, Room 123 (SGM123)
  • Please join us and some of our current students to learn all about the Viterbi School
  • These are identical sessions – please plan on only attending one

1:00 – Engineering EXPO begins

  • This EXPO will let you explore all the little details here at the school.
  • We will have a ton of our current students, professional staff, alumni and researchers on hand to show you whats going on right now in the school.
  • Student Organizations, Competition Team Projects, Class Design Projects, Research Projects will be on display
  • Lab & Facility Tours will also be available along with mini-seminars on our resources and co-curricular programs

We are very excited to have you come to campus and learn all about our community.
