Most you probably already know that the First-Year Application Deadline for Scholarship Consideration is tomorrow, Saturday, December 1st.
Some of you may have last minute questions about submitting the application. Here is a quick list of resources that will assist you in submitting your application:

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with Common App
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the Common Application, or have forgotten your login information, please visit www.commonapp.org and click on “Help” at the bottom of the page.
For Questions or concerns regarding your application
To better assist you with the application process, the USC Office of Admission staff will be available at 213-740-1111 for extended hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST on the following dates:
- November 29–30, 2012
- December 3, 2012
Here’s a Handy Application Checklist

- Apply online using the Common Application and the USC Supplemental Application (www.commonapp.org)
- Submit these items:
- ☐ Official SAT and/or ACT scores: Arrange for the testing agency to send your scores directly to USC.
- ☐ All official high school and college transcripts (first-year and transfer).
- ☐ School Report (First-year applicants only)
- ☐ Letter(s) of recommendation (optional, although may be required for some majors)
- ☐ Additional materials if required by major (see USC Supplemental Application for more information).
- ☐ Financial statement (for international students only)
3. Submit your fall grades
You can report your fall grades using the Mid-Year Report Form included in the Common Application or by visiting www.usc.edu/midyeargrades

Hi! I have a last minute question for the regular decision deadline on Jan 10. Can we submit the school forms on common app, which include the school report and teacher recommandations, after the deadline Jan 10, or do we have to submit before the deadline to apply?

Do whatever you can to make sure and get us all documents by the January 10th deadline. You may submit the school forms later, however it cannot be guaranteed we will be able to review them.
