Hey, all you rising HS seniors:

The academic year is almost up, summer is almost here, and more than likely a good number of you may be planning to visit colleges soon.  Your “California College Tour” wouldn’t be complete without a stop here at the University of Southern California.  But what is the best way to visit USC?

Visit USC Viterbi This Summer

What good is a campus tour if you don’t get all the engineering details?

My best advice for your visit to USC is to plan out your schedule for the Meet USC program. (Don’t just do a Campus Tour)  Meet USC is a half-day visit to campus that runs twice a day on most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays year-round.  Morning sessions start at 8:30am.  Afternoons start at 12:30pm.

Meet USC includes a presentation from the Office of Admission that discusses the University overall along with the application process.  A walking tour of campus follows the presentation ultimately leading you to the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.  The final part of your program includes a meeting with us in the engineering school to discuss all the engineering details.

We will discuss our engineering academic programs, research, course and our curriculum, and your future life as an engineering student.  Make sure to bring your questions as we will make sure to answer all of them!

Reservations are limited, so be sure to book as soon as you can.

We can’t wait to see you this summer!

Paul Ledesma

As Executive Director, Paul oversees Undergraduate Admission for all programs at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He was born and raised in southern California and is a lifetime Dodgers fan. He enjoys traveling (Italy may be a second home), discovering new restaurants in LA (tacos anyone?), and while he may not qualify as a bonafide movie-buff, he loves movies (especially comic book movies). He studied Psychology for his bachelor's degree, minored in Public Management, and was active in leadership for community service groups Troy Camp and Dance Marathon while attending USC. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and rescued pup and kitty in Redondo Beach, CA. (well, maybe not the cat so much) Preferred Pronouns: he/him/his
