Explore USC Host Team
Welcome to the official 2020 Explore USC Host webpage for the Viterbi School. This page is headquarters for all the information, documents, and meetings for the Explore USC Viterbi Host Team.
Explore USC is the premiere campus visit program for admitted first-year students. These high school seniors attend one of 10 Explore USC sessions throughout the Spring semester in order to learn more about USC & the Viterbi School and determine whether this is the right school for them.
The Viterbi Host Team helps us give a “glimpse into the life” of a USC student by hosting the visiting students for lunch.
Hosts’ Role
A host is a current undergraduate student who makes the commitment to share his/her experiences with the visiting admitted students (aka “Explorers”). Hosts are not expected to be spokespeople for the university, just honest students who want to provide a balanced mix of opinions and facts about USC to help these high schoolers make their college decision. Host a High School Student for Lunch!
Once selected to the team, hosts are encouraged to sign up for as many sessions as they can!

Hosts are not required to host for every session. Student will usually host 2-3 times – just working it in around your schedule as best you can.
