University Housing Options
USC offers many different styles of housing options for students who wish to live in university housing. Some of the major types are dorm style, suite style, and apartment style. A dorm is the traditional college housing experience, with double-occupancy rooms and community bathrooms, plus a required meal plan. A suite can accommodate up to eight residents, with four double-occupancy rooms and two bathrooms. They are usually clustered around a central living space. Apartments enable students to lead a more independent lifestyle, with more space and privacy. They usually have one or two double-occupancy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. Although it is not owned and operated by the University, it aggregates housing options for students around USC campus.
