Just a quick note to share what our Viterbi Student Ambassadors are currently working on…. it’s a great opportunity, and want to make sure y’all are aware.

On Monday, November 11 at 7:00 PM (PDT) you should point your browser over to Viterbi Voices for the #ViterbiLIVE Chat!

The Viterbi Student Ambassadors have scheduled this hour-long, live event to help give you the perspective you are likely seeking.  A bunch of current students will be on camera answering your questions about USC, the Viterbi School, and life as an engineering student.

Ask questions such as:

  • What are Engineering classes like at USC?
  • How did you choose your major?
  • Why did you choose USC over other schools?
  • Can you have a life as an engineering student at USC?
  • Can you study abroad as an engineer at USC?
  • What are the research opportunities like at USC?
  • What internships are available as an engineering student at USC?
  • What are your plans after graduation from USC Viterbi?

The #ViterbiLIVE chat is a great opportunity to speak to students directly and get your questions answered before you apply!  You don’t need anything other than an active internet connection – and you can watch and interact with the chat!

Go to http://viterbivoices.usc.edu/live-chats now and ask a question early using the online form – or start tweeting with #ViterbiLIVE!

I know I will be watching on Monday night!  See ya there!

Paul Ledesma

As Executive Director, Paul oversees Undergraduate Admission for all programs at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He was born and raised in southern California and is a lifetime Dodgers fan. He enjoys traveling (Italy may be a second home), discovering new restaurants in LA (tacos anyone?), and while he may not qualify as a bonafide movie-buff, he loves movies (especially comic book movies). He studied Psychology for his bachelor's degree, minored in Public Management, and was active in leadership for community service groups Troy Camp and Dance Marathon while attending USC. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and rescued pup and kitty in Redondo Beach, CA. (well, maybe not the cat so much) Preferred Pronouns: he/him/his
