Spring Admits – NEXT STEPS

We know you were hoping for admission to fall, but please know this opportunity is offered to a very small group of select students. Rather than add you to a wait-list, we have offered you admission to start at USC in January. Most spring admits will graduate with their peers who started in the fall… as long as you start to make progress toward your degree this fall.

Visit the admitted student page: Just like the fall admits… we want you to attend our April events (on campus, near you, or virtual) so you can learn more about USC and USC Viterbi School of Engineering.

Spring Admits' Next Steps

Familiarize yourself with important dates. here Your deadlines and instructions for enrolling are a little different than those admitted to fall.  Learn more about your transition and commitment process on our Spring Admits page.

Create your fall plans. Most importantly, you should start to think about your fall plans.  While you can do whatever you like this fall, we recommend getting some courses out of the way at a local community college.  Please visit our webpage, dedicated solely to guiding you as a newly-admitted student!

If you’re a transfer applicant…

Hang tight–we have not forgotten about you. We know you’re anxious to hear back from us, but the transfer review process takes a little longer (and has just gotten started). Rest assured, you will be mailed an admission decision or a request for spring-term grades no later than May 31st.

As Executive Director, Paul oversees Undergraduate Admission for all programs at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He was born and raised in southern California and is a lifetime Dodgers fan. He enjoys traveling (Italy may be a second home), discovering new restaurants in LA (tacos anyone?), and while he may not qualify as a bonafide movie-buff, he loves movies (especially comic book movies). He studied Psychology for his bachelor's degree, minored in Public Management, and was active in leadership for community service groups Troy Camp and Dance Marathon while attending USC. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and rescued pup and kitty in Redondo Beach, CA. (well, maybe not the cat so much) Preferred Pronouns: he/him/his
