FAQ (Transfer)Transfer Applicants

Housing for Transfer Students

There are many housing options for transfer students.  Most of our transfer students live in non-university owned housing near campus.  “Near campus” usually means a 2 minute walk to campus as there are many non-university owned apartments located just across the street from USC.

If you’re interested in exploring your housing options near campus visit the USC Alternative Housing Resource.  You can even use this site to find a roommate.

If you wish to live in USC  Housing you may submit the online application here.   While USC strives to offer university housing to as many transferring undergraduates as possible, our large returning student population and limited space prevents USC from guaranteeing USC owned housing to transfers.
