This year’s average salary offer survey was just released by NACE with the average for 2011 grads up 5.9% over the class of 2010!

I guess it pays to study for an engineering degree.
Engineering degrees are in high demand all over the world,especially here in the UK oil industry where chemical engineers are paid at least twice what is quoted above.
Great to have this info – as a benchmark….but as we all know….every salary fluctuates in realtion to three factors:
1. The state of the economy.
2. How badly they want you.
3. How badly you want them
