We go to a school that has beautiful bricks, gorgeous statues, and well kept parks. With students’ busy class schedules, and ambitions to get homework done, we sometimes don’t notice the little things around us. As I walked around, I started to think about the things USC offered that I took for granted. Here are three things that USC offers:

Beautiful Fountains:

One day my friend asked me if I knew how many fountains there were around USC. And I could list a few off the top of my head, but I still did not know the total number. At the UPC campus there are 39 fountains! I thought there were less, but that shows how I need to pay more attention to these amazing fountains. The two I sit by the most are either the E-Quad fountains or the Ronald Tutor Campus Center Fountain to do homework. Having the fountain noise in the background is a good pink noise when doing work!

Fryft:

Something every student uses often is Fryft (free lyft). USC offers a Fryft program from 6pm-2am that allows students to go to and from a place within a 2 mile radius for free. At the beginning of the school year I never used Fryft and always walked. However, walking alone sometimes wasn’t the best idea, especially if it’s raining or cold. So, I started to use Fryft more frequently, which has now turned into everyday! I never realized how grateful I am that USC offers this program until it’s 1am and it’s pouring rain and I want to go to sleep and get home as fast as possible.

Sprinkles Machine:

While a bit silly, the Sprinkles Cupcake machine by the USC bookstore is so fun and cute! After a day full of work or labs, the Cupcake ATM is so easy and convenient when a delicious treat is wanted.

USC has many other benefits to its school such as the bus system which will take you from the UPC (University Park Campus) to HSC (Health Sciences Campus). With many study spots and good eats around campus, the school will offer many benefits for you to take advantage of.
